• Technology Leadership: Stabilized the telephony team, which had a series of outages, senior leadership issues, and poor communication.

• Technology Leadership: Peered with European organizations to help establish a new data center strategy and consult on IT integration strategies.
• IT Security: Assisted in establishing a new IT Security organization, including interviewing CISO candidates, guiding security tools selection, and creating standards/policies.
• Technology Strategy: Modernized and stabilized the AmeriGas network, consisting of two new data centers and connectivity changes to 897 locations.
